1.切蔥 / Cut green onion

2.將大蔥浸泡在水中 / Soak the green onions in water

3.切洋蔥 / Cut onion

4.切香菇 / Cut shiitake mushroom

5.切五花肉 / Cut Pork belly

6.糖 1小匙 / Sugar 1tsp

7.米酒 2大匙 / Sake 2tablespoon

8.味醂 2大匙 / Mirin 2tablespoon

9.醬油 2大匙 / Soy sauce 2tablespoon

10.攪拌 / Mix

11.準備雞蛋 / prepare the egg


12.中火 / medium fire

13.沙拉油 1小匙 / Salad oil 1tsp

14.炒五花肉 / stir fry Pork belly


15.炒洋蔥和香菇 / stir fry onion and shiitake mushroom



16.加醬汁 / add sauce


17.加入雞蛋 / add eggs

18.蓋上鍋蓋,小火蒸約30秒 / Cover and steam over low heat for about 30 seconds.
