做法 / Recipe
1.切蔥 _ Cut green onion

2.切鴻喜菇 _ Cut Shimeji mushroom

3.切大蒜 _ Cut garlic

4.切雞肉 _ cut chicken

5.加入少許鹽和胡椒 _ Add a little salt and pepper

6.糖 1茶匙 _ Sugar 1tsp

7.米酒 1湯匙 _ Sake 1tablespoon

8.太白粉 2湯匙 _ Starch 2tablespoon

9.攪拌 _ Mix

10.橄欖油 1茶匙 _ Olive oil 1tsp

11.炒大蒜片 _ Fry a slice of garlic

12.取出大蒜 _ take out the garlic

13.炒雞肉 _ Stir fry chicken


14.加入蔥和鴻喜菇 _ Add green onions and shimeji mushrooms

15.加入大蒜 _ Add garlic
