雞腿肉 Chicken thigh 250g
薑 Ginger 10g
米酒 Sake 0.5大匙 (0.5tablespoon)
醬油 Soy sauce 0.5大匙 (0.5tablespoon)
太白粉 Potato starch 1小匙 (1tsp)
沙拉油 Salad oil 1小匙 (1tsp)
米酒 Sake 2大匙 (2tablespoon)
糖 Sugar 1小匙 (1tsp)
味醂 Mirin 1大匙 (1tablespoon)
醬油 Soy sauce 1大匙 (1tablespoon)
做法 / Recipe
1.把生薑磨碎 / Grate the ginger

2.準備雞腿肉 / Prepare chicken thighs

3.加入薑 / Add Ginger

4.米酒 0.5大匙 / Sake 0.5tablespoon

5.醬油 0.5大匙 / Soy sauce 0.5tablespoon

6.將醬汁抹在雞腿肉上 / Rub the sauce into the chicken thighs.

7.蓋上保鮮膜,靜置 30 分鐘 / Cover with saran wrap and leave for 30 minutes

8.糖 1小匙 / Sugar 1tsp

9.味醂 1大匙 / Mirin 1tablespoon

10.醬油 1大匙 / Soy sauce 1tablespoon

11.攪拌 / mix

12.雞腿肉中加入太白粉 / Add potato starch to chicken thighs

13.沙拉油 1小匙 / Salad oil 1tsp

14.加入雞腿肉 / Add Chicken thighs

15.中火 / Medium fire

16.從帶皮的一側開始慢慢煮雞肉 / Slowly cook the chicken, starting with the skin side.

17.將雞腿肉翻面 / Flip the chicken thighs

18.去除多餘的油 / remove excess oil

19.米酒 2大匙 / Sake 2tablespoon

20.蓋上蓋子蒸3分鐘 / Cover and steam for 3 minutes

21.取出雞腿肉 / Take out the chicken thigh

22.加入醬汁並煮沸 / Add the sauce and bring to a boil


23.將醬汁加入雞腿肉上 / Add the sauce to the chicken thighs
