2.切香菇 / Cut shiitake mushroom

3.切蔥 / Cut green onion

4.切雞腿肉 / Cut chicken thigh

5.烹大師 2小匙 / Bonito soup stock 2tsp

6.糖 3大匙 / Sugar 3tablespoon

7.米酒 3大匙 / Sake 3tablespoon

8.味醂 3大匙 / Sweet Sake 3tablespoon

9.醬油 3大匙 / Soy sauce 3tablespoon

10.鰹魚露 2大匙 / Bonito soy sauce 2tablespoon

11.攪拌 / Mix

12.沙拉油 1大匙 / Salad oil 1tablespoon

13.中火 / medium fire

14.炒雞腿肉 / stir fry chicken thigh


15.炒蘿蔔 / stir fry Radish


16.水 1000ml / Water 1000ml

17.加入香菇 / Add shiitake mushroom

18.煮沸並除去鹼液 / Boil and remove the lye

19.小火 / low fire

20.加醬汁 / add sauce

21.蓋上蓋子,用小火慢慢煮,直到味道被吸收 / Cover and simmer over low heat until the flavors are absorbed.
