做法 / Recipe
1.把大蒜磨碎 / Grate the garlic

2.把生薑磨碎 / Grate the ginger

3.切雞腿肉 / Cut chicken thigh

4.加入少許鹽和胡椒 / Add a little salt and pepper

5.咖哩粉 1大匙 / curry powder 1tablespoon

6.橄欖油 2大匙 / Olive oil 2tablespoon

7.番茄醬 3大匙 / tomato ketchup 3tablespoon

8.優酪乳 4大匙 / Yogurt 4tablespoon

9.加入大蒜和薑 / add garlic and ginger

10.蓋上保鮮膜,靜置 30 分鐘 / Cover with saran wrap and leave for 30 minutes
