蝦子 Shrimp 9
豆腐 Tofu 1
蔥 Green onion 適量
湯・Soup
水 Water 800ml
味噌 Miso 80g
烹大師 Bonito soup stock 1小匙
做法 / Recipe
1.切蔥 _ Cut Green onion

2.切豆腐 _ Cut Tofu

3.切掉蝦頭 _ Cut off the head of the shrimp

4.加入蝦頭 _ Add shrimp heads

5.中火 _ Medium fire

6.加入少許鹽 _ Add a little Salt

7.炒蝦頭 _ Fry shrimp heads

8.水 800ml _ water 800ml

9.烹大師 1小匙 _ Bonito soup stock 1tsp

10.米酒 1大匙 _ Sake 1tablespoon

11.煮沸並除去浮沫 _ Bring to a boil and remove the scum

12.調小火,煮約3分鐘 _ Reduce heat and simmer for about 3 minutes

13.加入豆腐 _ Add Tofu

14.再次沸騰後,關火 _ When it boils again, turn off the heat

15.味噌 80g _ Miso 80g

16.加入蔥 _ Add Green onion
