香菇 Shiitake mushroom 5
鴻喜菇 Shimeji mushroom 1
舞茸 Maitake mushroom 1
金針菇 Enoki mushroom 1/2
蔥 Green onion 適量
豆腐 Tofu 1
水 Water 800ml
味噌 Miso 80g
烹大師 Bonito soup stock 1.5小匙
做法 / Recipe
1.切蔥 _ Cut Green onion

2.切香菇 _ Cut Shiitake mushroom

3.切鴻喜菇 _ Cut Shimeji mushroom

4.切舞茸 _ Cut Maitake mushroom

5.切金針菇 _ Cut Enoki mushroom

6.切豆腐 _ Cut Tofu

7.水 800ml _ Water 800ml

8.烹大師 1.5小匙 _ Bonito soup stock 1.5tsp

9.把湯燒開 _ Boil the soup

10.加入蘑菇,煮約 5 分鐘 _ Add mushrooms and simmer for about 5 minutes

11.加入豆腐 _ Add Tofu

12.再次沸騰時,關火 _ When it boils again, turn off the heat.

13.加入80g味噌 _ Add 80g of miso

14.加入蔥 _ Add Green onion
