紅味噌 Red Miso 100g
烹大師 Bonito soup stock 1湯匙
醬油 Soy sauce 2湯匙
味醂 Mirin 2湯匙
米酒 Sake 2湯匙
糖 Sugar 4湯匙
做法 / Recipe
1.煮雞蛋 / boil eggs

2.剝蛋 / peel eggs

3.切蘿蔔 / cut radish

4.在蘿蔔上劃一條縫 / Make a slit in the radish

5.將蘿蔔煮15分鐘 / Boil the radish for 15 minutes

6.在蒟蒻上切一個口子 / Make a slit in the konnyaku

7.將蒟蒻煮3分鐘 / Boil the konnyaku for 3 minutes

8.切竹輪 / Cut Chikuwa

9.輕輕煮沸以除去油 / Boil it lightly and remove the oil

10.烹大師 1大匙 / Bonito soup stock 1tablespoon

11.米酒 2大匙 / Sake 2tablespoon

12.味醂 2大匙 / Mirin 2tablespoon

13.醬油 2大匙 / Soy sauce 2tablespoon

14.糖 4大匙 / Sugar 4tablespoon

15.水 1000ml / Water 1000ml

16.紅味噌 100g / Red Miso 100g

17.把湯燒開 / bring the soup to a boil


18.加入材料 / add ingredients



19.沸騰後,將火調小 / Once it boils, reduce the heat

20.蓋上蓋子,小火煮至少1小時 / Cover and simmer on low heat for at least 1 hour
