牡蠣 Oyster 10
水 Water 1大匙
太白粉 Potato starch 1大匙
米 Rice 300g
鴻喜菇 Shimeji mushroom 1/2
蔥 Green onion 適量
薑 Ginger 5g
水 Water 350ml
醬油 Soy sauce 3湯匙
味醂 Mirin 1湯匙
米酒 Sake 2湯匙
糖 Sugar 1小匙
烹大師 Bonito soup stock 1/2小匙
做法 / Recipe
1.將洗淨的米放入水中浸泡 _ Soak the washed rice in water

2.切蔥 _ Cut Green onion

3.將蔥泡在水里 _ Soak the Green onion in water

4.切鴻喜菇 _ Cut Shimeji mushroom

5.切薑 _ Cut Ginger

6.太白粉 1大匙 _ Potato starch 1tablespoon

7.水 1大匙 _ water 1tablespoon

8.去除牡蠣上的污垢 _ Remove dirt from oysters

9.用水沖洗 _ Rinse with water

10.烹大師 1_2小匙 _ Bonito soup stock 1_2tsp

11.糖 1小匙 _ Sugar 1tsp

12.米酒 2大匙 _ Sake 2tablespoon

13.味醂 1大匙 _ Mirin 1tablespoon

14.醬油 3大匙 _ Soy sauce 3tablespoon

15.水 350ml _ Water 350ml

16.加入薑 _ Add Ginger

17.加入牡蠣 _ Add Oyster

18.中火 _ Medium fire

19.大火燒開後,轉小火煮3分鐘 _ Once boiling, simmer on low heat for 3 minutes

20.取出牡蠣 _ Remove the oysters

21.加入米 _ Add Rice

22.加入鴻喜菇 _ Add Shimeji mushroom

23.加入醬 _ Add Sauce

24.中火 _ Medium fire

25.沸騰後,將火調至小火,煮 10 分鐘 _ Once boiling, reduce heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes

26.加入牡蠣 _ Add Oyster

27.蓋上蓋子蒸10分鐘 _ Cover and steam for 10 minutes

28.加入蔥 _ Add Green onion
