準備的材料
食材
白米 Rice 300g
鮭魚卵 Salmon roe 適量 (Proper quantity)
蔥 Green onion 2
鮭魚 Salmon 2

水 Water 420ml
烹大師 Bonito soup stock 1/2小匙 (1/2tsp)
米酒 Sake 2大匙 (2tablespoon)
味醂 Mirin 2大匙 (2tablespoon)
醬油 Soy sauce 2大匙 (2tablespoon)
鹽 Salt 適量 (Proper quantity)
做法 / Recipe
1.洗米 300g / washed rice 300g

2.加入420ml水並放置30分鐘 / Add 420ml of water and leave for 30 minutes.


3.切蔥 / Cut green onion

4.切鮭魚 / Cut salmon

5.去除骨頭 / Remove bones

6.撒上少許鹽,靜置 10 分鐘 / Sprinkle with a little salt and let it sit for 10 minutes.


7.烹大師 1/2小匙 / Bonito soup stock 1/2小匙

8.米酒 2大匙 / Sake 2tablespoon

9.味醂 2大匙 / Sweet Sake 2tablespoon

10.醬油 2大匙 / Soy sauce 2tablespoon

11.攪拌 / Mix

12.用廚房用紙擦去鹽和水 / Wipe off the salt and water with kitchen paper.


13.加入鮭魚 / Add salmon

14.用中火煮沸 / bring to a boil over medium heat


15.小火煮15分鐘 / Cook on low heat for 15 minutes


16.關火,蒸15分鐘 / Turn off the heat and steam for 15 minutes.

17.米飯煮好了 / Rice is cooked

18.取出鮭魚並鬆開 / Remove the salmon and flake it


19.加入鮭魚並混合 / Add salmon and mix


20.加入蔥和鮭魚卵
