1.切洋蔥 _ Cut Onion

2.切甜椒 _ Cut the paprika


3.切洋菇 _ Cut Mushroom

4.切蘆筍 _ Cut Asparagus

5.切蒜頭 _ Cut Garlic

6.切雞腿肉 _ Cut Chicken thigh

7.橄欖油 2大匙 _ Olive oil 2tablespoon

8.中火 _ Medium fire

9.炒蒜頭 _ Stir fry Garlic

10.炒洋蔥 _ Stir fry Onion

11.加入少許鹽 _ Add a little Salt

12.炒米 _ Stir fry Rice


13.水 320ml _ Water 320ml

14.加入少許鹽和黑胡椒 _ Add a little salt and black pepper


15.鮮鶏晶 0.5小匙 _ Chicken soup stock 0.5tsp

16.加入配料 _ Add ingredients



17.一旦沸騰,蓋上蓋子 _ Once boiling, cover
