做法 / Recipe
1.鹽 15g _ Salt 15g

2.水 500ml _ Water 500ml

3.攪拌 _ Mix

4.加入蛤蜊 _ Add clams

5.蓋上鋁箔,放置2小時,吐出沙子 _ Cover with aluminum foil, leave for 2 hours, and spit out the sand.

6.切洋蔥 _ Cut Onion

7.切蒜頭 _ Cut Garlic

8.切魷魚 _ Cut Squid

9.橄欖油 2大匙 _ Olive oil 2tablespoon

10.加入蒜頭 _ Add Garlic

11.中火 _ Medium fire

12.炒蒜頭 _ Stir fry Garlic

13.炒洋蔥 _ Stir fry Onion

14.加入少許鹽 _ Add a little Salt

15.炒魷魚 _ Stir fry Squid

16.罐裝番茄 100g _ Canned tomatoes 100g

17.加入蛤蜊和蝦子 _ Add clams and shrimp

18.水 400ml _ Water 400ml

19.蓋上鍋蓋,小火煮5分鐘 _ Cover and simmer on low heat for 5 minutes

20.取出蝦子、蛤蜊和魷魚 _ Take Out the shrimp, clams and squid

21.加入少許鹽 _ Add a little Salt

22.薑黃 0.5小匙 _ Turmeric 0.5tsp

23.米 150g _ Rice 150g

24.蓋上鍋蓋,小火煮8分鐘 _ Cover and simmer on low heat for 8 minutes

25.加入蝦子、蛤蜊和魷魚 _ Add Out the shrimp, clams and squid

26.蓋上鍋蓋,小火煮12分鐘 _ Cover and simmer on low heat for 12 minutes

27.關火蒸5分鐘 _ Turn off the heat and steam for 5 minutes

28.用高溫蒸發掉剩餘的水 _ Evaporate remaining water over high heat

29.加入幹羅勒 _ add Dried basil
