2.切鴻喜菇 / Cut Shimeji mushroom

3.準備蝦子 / Prepare Shrimp

4.加入少許鹽 / Add a little Salt

5.煮通心粉 / Boil Macaroni


6.中火 / Medium fire

7.加入奶油 / Add Butter

8.炒洋蔥 / Stir fry Onion

9.加入少許鹽 / Add a little Salt

10.炒蝦子 / Stir fry Shrimp


11.炒鴻喜菇 / Stir fry Shimeji mushroom

12.炒低筋麺粉 / Stir fry flour


13.分多次加入牛奶 / Add milk in several portions



14.加入通心粉 / Add Macaroni

15.鮮鶏晶 1小匙 / Chicken soup stock 1tsp

16.醬油 0.5小匙 / Soy sauce 0.5tsp


17.加入黑胡椒 / Add Black pepper

18.放入耐熱容器中 / put in a heat-resistant container
