番茄罐裝 Canned tomatoes 200g
紅酒 Red wine 50ml

做法 / Recipe
1.切洋蔥 _ Cut Onion

2.切紅蘿蔔 _ Cut Carrot

3.切鴻喜菇 _ Cut Shimeji mushroom

4.切蒜頭 _ Cut Garlic

5.橄欖油 1大匙 _ Olive oil 1tablespoon

6.中火 _ Medium fire

7.煎牛絞肉 _ Grilling ground beef

8.加入少許鹽和黑胡椒 _ Add a little salt and black pepper

9.炒蒜頭 _ stir fry Garlic

10.炒洋蔥和紅蘿蔔 _ stir fry onions and carrots

11.炒鴻喜菇 _ stir fry Shimeji mushroom

12.加入罐裝番茄 _ Add Canned tomatoes

13.紅酒 50ml _ Red Wine 50ml

14.加入少許鹽和黑胡椒 _ Add a little salt and black pepper

15.糖 1小匙 _ Sugar 1tsp

16.鮮鶏晶 1小匙 _ Chicken soup stock 1tsp

17.香辣紅椒粉 2小匙 _ Chili Powder 2tsp

18.關掉火,加入雞蛋 _ Turn off the heat and add the eggs

19.加入起司 _ add Cheese

20.在220度的烤箱中烘烤直至起司融化 _ Bake in a 220 degree oven until the cheese is melted.
