豆腐 Tofu 1
鴻喜菇 Shimeji mushroom 1/2
金針菇 Enoki mushroom 1/2
舞茸 Maitake mushroom 1/2
蔥 Green onion 適量
烹大師 Bonito soup stock 1小匙
味醂 Mirin 1.5大匙
醬油 Soy sauce 1.5大匙
水 Water 400ml
太白粉 Potato starch 1大匙
水 Water 2大匙
做法 / Recipe
1.擦去豆腐上的水分 _ Wipe off the moisture from the tofu

2.切蔥 _ Cut Green onion

3.切鴻喜菇 _ Cut Shimeji mushroom

4.切金針菇 _ Cut Enoki mushroom

5.切舞茸 _ Cut Maitake mushroom

6.烹大師 1小匙 _ Bonito soup stock 1tsp

7.味醂 1.5大匙 _ Mirin 1.5tablespoon

8.醬油 1.5大匙 _ Soy sauce 1.5tablespoon

9.水 400ml _ water 400ml

10.中火 _ Medium fire

11.煮蘑菇 _ Simmer the mushrooms

12.太白粉 1大匙 _ Potato starch 1tablespoon

13.水 2大匙 _ Water 2tablespoon

14.攪拌 _ mix

15.關火,加入溶解在水中的太白粉 _ Turn off the heat and add the water-dissolved potato starch.

16.小火 _ Low fire

17.加入豆腐,煮3分鐘 _ Add the tofu and simmer for 3 minutes.


18.加入蔥 _ Add Green onion
