五花肉 Pork belly 600g
蛤蜊 clams 300g
水 Water 500ml
鹽 Salt 15g
魷魚 Squid 1
蔥 Green onion 2
金針菇 Enoki mushroom 1/2
蒜頭 Garlic 1
蛋 Egg 1
芝麻油 Sesame oil 2大匙
辣椒醬 Gochujang 3大匙
辣椒 Chili pepper 2tsp
糖 Sugar 2小匙
鰹魚露 Mentsuyu 2大匙
水 Water 550ml
做法 / Recipe
1.鹽 15g _ Salt 15g

2.水 500ml _ Water 500ml

3.攪拌 _ mix

4.將蛤蜊放入鹽水中浸泡 _ Soak clams in salt water

5.用鋁箔包裹,放置2小時,以吐出蛤蜊中的沙子 _ Wrap in aluminum foil and leave for 2 hours to spit out the sand from the clams.

6.切蔥 _ Cut Green onion

7.切金針菇 _ Cut Enoki mushroom

8.把大蒜磨碎 _ Grate the garlic

9.切魷魚 _ Cut Squid

10.切五花肉 _ Cut Pork belly

11.芝麻油 2大匙 _ Sesame oil 2tablespoon

12.中火 _ Medium fire

13.炒泡菜、五花肉、魷魚 _ Stir-fry kimchi, pork belly, and squid

14.加入蒜頭 _ Add Garlic

15.辣椒醬 3大匙 _ Gochujang 3tablespoon

16.辣椒 2小匙 _ chili pepper 2tsp

17.水 550ml _ Water 550ml

18.糖 2小匙 _ Sugar 2tsp

19.鰹魚露 2大匙 _ Mentsuyu 2tablespoon

20.加入蛤蜊 _ Add clams

21.加入豆腐 _ Add Tofu

22.加入金針菇 _ Add Enoki mushroom

23.加入蔥 _ Add Green onion
