做法 / Recipe
1.切洋蔥 / Cut Onion

2.切紅蘿蔔 / Cut Carrots

3.切鴻喜菇 / Cut Shimeji mushroom

4.切蒜頭 / Cut Garlic

5.剝蝦皮 / peel the shrimp

6.去掉蝦子的後腸 / Remove the back intestine of the shrimp

7.切鱈魚 / Cut cod

8.加入少許鹽和黑胡椒 / Add a little salt and black pepper

9.橄欖油 2大匙 / Olive oil 2tablespoon

25.蓋上鍋蓋,小火煮30分鐘 / Cover and simmer on low heat for 30 minutes

26.加入蛤蜊、蝦子和鱈魚 / Add clams, shrimp, and cod
