牛絞肉 Ground beef 200g
豆腐 Tofu 150g
洋蔥 Onion 1/4
蛋 Egg 1
蠔油 Oyster sauce 1大匙
鹽 Salt 適量
黑胡椒 Black pepper 適量
蒜頭 Garlic 1
米酒 Sake 2大匙
味醂 Mirin 2大匙
醬油 Soy sauce 2大匙
做法 / Recipe
1.切豆腐 _ Cut Tofu

2.廚房紙包住豆腐,除去水分 _ Wrap tofu in kitchen paper to remove moisture


3.切洋蔥 _ Cut Onion

4.把大蒜磨碎 _ Grate the garlic

5.將豆腐打碎 _ Finely crush tofu

6.加入牛絞肉 _ Add Ground beef

7.加入洋蔥 _ Add Onion

8.加入蛋 _ Add Egg

9.蠔油 1大匙 _ Oyster sauce 1tablespoon

10.加入少許鹽和黑胡椒 _ Add a little salt and black pepper

11.揉至黏稠 _ Knead until sticky

12.準備沙拉油 _ Prepare Salad oil

13.手上塗上沙拉油,一邊排除空氣一邊將肉整形 _ Apply salad oil to your hands and shape the meat while removing air.

14.沙拉油 1小匙 _ Salad oil 1tsp

15.中火 _ Medium fire

16.烤至兩面焦黃 _ Grill both sides until browned


17.加100ml水,蓋上鍋蓋蒸5分鐘 _ Add 100ml water, cover the pot and steam for 5 minutes.

18.取出漢堡排 _ Take out Hamburger Steak

19.米酒 2大匙 _ Sake 2tablespoon

20.味醂 2大匙 _ Mirin 2tablespoon

21.醬油 2大匙 _ Soy sauce 2tablespoon

22.加入蒜頭 _ Add Garlic

23.把醬汁煮開 _ boil the sauce
