做法 / Recipe
1.鹽 15g _ Salt 15g

2.水 500ml _ Water 500ml

3.攪拌 _ Mix

4.加入蛤蜊 _ Add Clams

5.用鋁箔紙蓋住,靜置 2 小時,以去除蛤蜊中的沙子 _ Cover with aluminum foil and let stand for 2 hours to get the sand out of the clams.

6.壓碎大蒜 _ crush the garlic


7.水 1500ml _ Water 1500ml

8.鹽 15g _ Salt 15g

9.燒水 _ boil water

10.把義大利麵煮沸 _ boil the pasta

11.橄欖油 1大匙 _ Olive oil 1tablespoon

12.加入蒜頭 _ Add Garlic

13.中火 _ Medium fire

14.加入蛤蜊 _ Add Clams

15.白酒 50ml _ White Wine 50ml

16.蓋上鍋蓋,蒸至蛤蜊張開 _ Cover the pot and steam until the clams open.


17.罐裝番茄 200g _ Canned tomatoes 200g


18.加入義大利麵 _ Add Pasta

19.加入幹羅勒 _ Add Dried basil
