做法 / Recipe
1.在豬肉上撒上鹽和黑胡椒 _ Sprinkle salt and black pepper on the pork


2.切馬鈴薯 _ Cut Potatoes

3.切蒜頭 _ Cut Garlic

4.去掉蒜苗 _ Remove the garlic sprouts

5.壓碎大蒜 _ Crush the garlic

6.橄欖油 1大匙 _ Olive oil 1tablespoon

7.加入蒜頭 _ Add Garlic

8.中火 _ Medium fire

9.炸蒜頭 _ Fry the garlic

10.取出蒜頭 _ Take out the garlic

11.把豬肉各面都煎一下 _ Grill the pork on all sides.
