高麗菜 Cabbage 1/2
洋蔥 Onion 1
紅蘿蔔 Carrot 1
馬鈴薯 Potato 2
花椰菜 Broccoli 1/2

香腸 Sausage 4
培根 Bacon 100g
水 Water 900ml
白酒 White wine 100ml
鮮鶏晶 Chicken soup stock 1大匙
黑胡椒 Black pepper 適量
幹羅勒 Dried Basil 適量
做法 / Recipe
1.切紅蘿蔔 _ Cut Carrot

2.切洋蔥 _ Cut Onion

3.切花椰菜 _ Cut Broccoli

4.切高麗菜 _ Cut Cabbage

5.馬鈴薯去皮 _ peel the potatoes

6.馬鈴薯的芽是有毒的,所以要去除掉 _ Potato sprouts are poisonous and must be removed

7.切馬鈴薯 _ Cut Potatoes

8.把馬鈴薯泡在水里 _ soak potatoes in water

9.壓碎大蒜 _ Crush the garlic

10.切香腸 _ Cut Sausage

11.準備培根 _ Prepare Bacon

12.橄欖油 2湯匙 _ Olive oil 2tablespoon

13.加入蒜頭 _ Add Garlic

14.中火 _ Medium fire

15.炒大蒜 _ Stir fry Garlic

16.取出大蒜 _ Take out Garlic

17.炒培根和香腸 _ Stir fry Bacon and Sausage

18.炒紅蘿蔔和洋蔥 _ Stir fry Carrots and Onion

19.加入少許鹽 _ Add a little Salt

20.白酒 100ml _ White wine 100ml

21.水 900ml _ Water 900ml

22.加入馬鈴薯 _ Add Potatoes

23.鮮鶏晶 1大匙 _ Chicken soup stock 1tablespoon

24.加入蒜頭 _ Add Garlic

25.除去鹼液 _ remove lye

26.加入高麗菜 _ Add Cabbage

27.蓋上鍋蓋,小火煮15分鐘 _ Cover and simmer on low heat for 15 minutes


28.加入花椰菜 _ Add Broccoli

29.蓋上鍋蓋,小火煮10分鐘 _ Cover and simmer on low heat for 10 minutes

30.加入黑胡椒和乾羅勒 _ Add black pepper and dried basil
