五花肉 Pork belly 500g
蛋 Egg 4
蔥 Green onion 適量
薑 Ginger 10g
沙拉油 Salad oil 2小匙
水 Water 1300ml
五花肉湯 Pork belly soup 400ml
糖 Sugar 2大匙
米酒 Sake 2大匙
味醂 Mirin 1大匙
醬油 Soy sauce 3大匙
做法 / Recipe
1.切蔥 / Cut green onion

2.將蔥泡在水里 / Soak green onions in water

3.切薑 / Cut Ginger

4.切五花肉 / Cut Pork belly

5.將雞蛋煮8分鐘 / Boil the eggs for 8 minutes

6.剝蛋 / Peel egg

7.沙拉油 2小匙 / Salad oil 2tsp

8.中火 / Medium fire

9.將五花肉四面煎黃 / Brown the pork belly on all sides.


10.將五花肉放入鍋中 / Put the pork belly into the pot

11.水 1300ml / Water 1300ml

12.大火 / High heat

13.加入薑和蔥 / Add ginger and green onions

14.煮沸並除去鹼液 / Boil and remove lye

15.削弱火力 / weaken the firepower

16.蓋上鋁箔,小火煮 1 小時 / Cover with aluminum foil and simmer for 1 hour.

17.取出五花肉 / Take out the pork belly

18.把湯裡浮著的油去掉 / remove the oil floating in the soup

19.將五花肉和雞蛋加入鍋中 / Add pork belly and eggs to pot

20.糖 2大匙 / Sugar 2tablespoon

21.米酒 2大匙 / Sake 2tablespoon

22.味醂 1大匙 / Mirin 1tablespoon

23.醬油 3大匙 / Soy sauce 3tablespoon

24.五花肉湯 400ml / Pork belly soup 400ml

25.將湯煮沸,然後減少熱量 / Bring the soup to a boil, then reduce the heat.

26.蓋上鋁箔,小火煮1小時 / Cover with aluminum foil and simmer on low heat for 1 hour.

27.偶爾移動肉以確保其全部浸透 / Move the meat occasionally to ensure it is soaked throughout.
