牛肋條 Beef tendon tofu 500g
蔥 Green onion 2
姜 Ginger 10g
蒟蒻絲 konjac shreds 180g
板豆腐 Tofu 1
水 Water 1000ml
糖 Sugar 10g
米酒 Sake 2大匙 (2tablespoon)
味醂 Mirin 3大匙 (3tablespoon)
醬油 Soy sauce 4大匙 (4tablespoon)
辣椒 Chili pepper 適量 (proper quantity)
做法 / Recipe
1.切牛肋條 / Cut Beef tendon

2.將牛肋條煮10分鐘 / Boil the Beef tendon for 10 minutes


3.牛肋條用水洗淨 / wash Beef tendon with water


4.切蔥 / Cut Green onion


5.切姜 / Cut Ginger

6.水 1000ml / Water 1000ml

7.加入牛肋條 / Add Beef tendon

8.加入蔥的綠色部分 / Add the green part of the green onion

9.加入姜 / Add Ginger

10.小火 / low fire

11.蓋上蓋子煮1小時 / Cover and simmer for 1 hour

12.將蒟蒻絲中的水瀝乾 / Drain the water from the konjac shreds.

13.煮3分鐘去除異味 / Boil for 3 minutes to remove odor

14.將豆腐中的水瀝乾 / Drain the water from the Tofu.

15.切豆腐 / Cut Tofu

16.用廚房用紙擦去豆腐上的水分 / Wipe the moisture from the tofu with kitchen paper.

17.取出 / Take out

18.糖 2大匙 / Sugar 2tablespoon

19.米酒 2大匙 / Sake 2tablespoon

20.味醂 3大匙 / Mirin 3tablespoon

21.醬油 4大匙 / Soy sauce 4tablespoon

22.牛肋條湯 500ml / Beef tendon broth 500ml

23.小火 / low fire

24.攪拌 / Mix

25.加入豆腐 / Add tofu

26.加入牛肋條 / Add beef ribs

27.加入蒟蒻絲 / Add konjac shreds.

28.蓋上鍋蓋,小火煮1小時30分鐘 / Cover and simmer on low heat for 1 hour and 30 minutes.

29.如果水位變低,請加水 / If water level gets low, add water

30.加入蔥 / Add Green onion

31.加入辣椒 / Add chili pepper
