1.切洋蔥 _ Cut Onion

2.切紅蘿蔔 _ Cut Carrots

3.切洋菇 _ Cut Mushroom

4.壓碎大蒜 _ Crush the garlic

5.切雞腿肉 _ Cut Chicken thigh

6.加入少許鹽和黑胡椒 _ Add a little salt and black pepper

7.低筋麺粉 2小匙 _ Flour 2tsp


8.橄欖油 2大匙 _ Olive oil 2tablespoon

9.中火 _ Medium fire

10.炒蒜頭 _ Stir fry Garlic

11.炒洋蔥 _ Stir fry Onion

12.加入少許鹽 _ Add a little Salt

13.炒雞腿肉 _ Stir fry Chicken thigh


14.炒紅蘿蔔 _ Stir fry Carrots

15.炒洋菇 _ Stir fry Mushroom

16.加入罐裝番茄 _ Add Canned tomatoes


17.白酒 150ml _ White Wine 150ml

18.加入黑胡椒 _ Add Black pepper

19.加入月桂樹 _ Add laurel

20.蓋上鍋蓋,小火煮20分鐘 _ Cover and simmer on low heat for 20 minutes
