米酒 Sake 1大匙 (1tablespoon)
味醂 Mirin 1大匙 (1tablespoon)
醬油 Soy sauce 1大匙 (1tablespoon)

1.切蔥 _ Cut green onion

2.切薑 _ Cut ginger

3.切牛肉 _ Cut Beef

4.太白粉 2大匙 _ potato starch 2tablespoon

5.水 3大匙 _ Water 3tablespoon

6.攪拌 _ Mix

7.沙拉油 1大匙 _ Salad oil 1tablespoon

8.加入薑 _ add ginger

9.中火 _ Medium fire

10.炒牛肉 _ stir fry beef


11.糖 0.5大匙 _ Sugar 0.5tablespoon

12.米酒 1大匙 _ Sake 1tablespoon

13.味醂 1大匙 _ Mirin 1tablespoon

14.醬油 1大匙 _ Soy sauce 1tablespoon

15.燉 _ stew

16.取出牛肉 _ take out beef

17.水 800ml _ Water 800ml

22.大火燒開 _ bring to a boil over high heat

23.攪拌 _ Mix

24.關火,加入水溶性太白粉 _ Turn off the heat and add the water-soluble potato starch.


25.準備雞蛋 _ prepare the eggs

27.中火,慢慢加入雞蛋 _ Turn the heat to medium and add the eggs a little.
