做法 / Recipe
1.切花椰菜 _ Cut Broccoli

2.加入少許鹽 _ Add a little Salt

3.將花椰菜煮1分鐘 _ Boil the broccoli for 1 minute

4.將蘿蔔磨碎 _ Grate the Radish

5.切番茄 _ Cut Tomato

6.切蒜頭 _ Cut Garlic

7.加入少許鹽和黑胡椒 _ Add a little salt and black pepper

8.沙拉油 0.5大匙 _ Salad oil 0.5tablespoon

9.加入蒜頭 _ Add Garlic

10.中火 _ Medium fire

11.炸蒜頭 _ Fly Garlic

13.烤牛肉 _ grill beef
