做法 / Recipe
1.切香菇 / Cut Shiitake mushroom

2.切魚板 / Cut kamaboko

3.切蔥 / Cut Green onion

4.切雞腿肉 / Cut Chicken thigh

5.準備雞蛋 / prepare the eggs

6.攪拌 / Mix

7.烹大師 1小匙 / Bonito soup stock 1tsp

8.味醂 1小匙 / Mirin 1tsp

9.醬油 1小匙 / Soy sauce 1tsp

10.水 350ml / Water 350ml

11.攪拌 / mix

12.將湯加入雞蛋中 / add soup to eggs

13.過濾湯 / strain the soup

14.將食材放入碗中 / put ingredients into the bowl



15.將湯加入碗中 / add soup to bowl

16.用鋁箔紙蓋住容器 / Cover the container with aluminum foil

17.將水煮沸並將熱量降至最低 / Bring water to a boil and reduce heat to low

18.將廚房紙放入鍋內 / Place kitchen paper inside the pot

19.將容器放入鍋中 / put the container in the pot

20.蓋上鍋蓋,小火蒸10分鐘 / Cover and steam on low heat for 10 minutes

21.關火再蒸10分鐘 / Turn off the heat and steam for 10 minutes


22.加入蔥 / Add Green onion
