雞肉 Chicken 300g〜

白醬料理塊 Cream stew roux 1/2
沙拉油 Salad oil 1〜
水 Water 700ml
牛奶 Milk 200ml
起司 cheese 50g

做法 / Recipe
1.馬鈴薯去皮 / Peel potatoes

2.馬鈴薯的芽是有毒的,所以要去除掉 / Potato sprouts are poisonous and must be removed

3.切馬鈴薯 / Cut potatoes

4.鈴薯用水泡一下,去掉澱粉 / Soak potatoes in water to remove starch

5.切紅蘿蔔 / Cut carrot

6.切洋蔥 / Cut onion

7.切洋菇 / Cut Mushroom

8.切花椰菜 / Cut broccoli

9.加入少許鹽 / Add a little salt

10.將花椰菜煮1分鐘 / Boil the broccoli for 1 minute

11.切雞肉 / Cut chicken

22.煮沸並除去鹼液 / Boil and remove the lye

24.將火調小,蓋上鍋蓋,煮約 20 分鐘 / Lower the heat, cover and simmer for about 20 minutes.

27.將奶油燉醬融化 / Melt the cream stew roux

28.牛奶 200ml / Milk 200ml

30.攪拌 / mix

31.加入花椰菜 / add broccoli

32.加入起司 / add cheese

33.邊煮邊攪拌,因為它很容易燃燒 / Stir as it simmers as it can easily burn.
