做法 / Recipe
1.將適量低筋麺粉和水放入冰箱冷藏 / Put the right amount of wheat flour and water in the refrigerator



2.去除香菇莖 / Remove shiitake mushroom stems

3.去除秋葵花萼 / remove okra calyx


4.切蔥 / cut green onions

5.去掉蝦殼 / remove shrimp shells

6.太白粉 1大匙 / potato starch 1tablespoon

7.水 1大匙 / Water 1tablespoon

8.去除蝦上的污漬 / remove stains from shrimp

9.用水沖洗並擦乾 / Rinse with water and wipe dry

10.去掉蝦的背腸 / remove the dorsal intestine of the shrimp


11.在肚子上開一個口子 / make a slit in the belly

12.將鰹魚露和水混合併冷卻 / Mix Bonito soy sauce and water and cool.

13.將沙拉油加熱至170度 / Heat salad oil to 170 degrees


14.將雞蛋和水混合 / mix egg and water


15.逐漸將低筋麺粉混合 / Gradually mix the flour




16.將原料浸入低筋麺粉和麵糊中,炸約 1分鐘 / Dip the ingredients in flour and batter and fry for about 1 minutes.









17.煮烏龍麵 / boil udon


18.烏龍麵洗淨,用冰水冷卻 / Wash udon and cool with ice water




19.安排配料 / arrange the ingredients





20.加溫泉蛋 / add soft boiled egg
