五花肉 Pork belly 300g
蘿蔔 Radish 1/2
蔥 Green onion 1
鴻喜菇 Shimeji mushroom 1/2
水 Water 400ml
烹大師 Bonito soup stock 1小匙
米酒 Sake 3大匙
鹽 Salt 適量
柑橘醋醤 Ponzu sauce 適量
做法 / Recipe
1.切蔥 _ Cut Green onion

2.將蔥泡在水里 _ soak green onions in water

3.切鴻喜菇 _ Cut Shimeji mushroom

4.切蘿蔔 _ Cut Radish

5.切五花肉 _ Cut Pork belly

6.將蘿蔔和五花肉分層 _ Layer radish and pork belly

7.將五花肉和蘿蔔放入鍋中 _ Put the pork belly and radish into the pot.

8.加入鴻喜菇 _ Add Shimeji mushroom

9.水 400ml _ Water 400ml

10.烹大師 1小匙 _ Bonito soup stock 1tsp

11.米酒 3大匙 _ Sake 3tablespoon

12.加入少許鹽 _ Add a little Salt

13.把湯燒開 _ bring the soup to a boil

14.湯沸騰後,將火調小,蓋上鍋蓋,煮20分鐘 _ After the soup boils, reduce the heat to low, cover the pot and cook for 20 minutes.

15.準備柑橘醋醬 _ Prepare ponzu sauce

16.加入蔥 _ Add Green onion
