做法 / Recipe
1.切洋蔥 _ Cut Onion

2.切奶油 _ Cut Butter

3.加入奶油 _ Add Butter

4.中火 _ Medium fire

5.炒洋蔥 _ Stir fry Onion

6.炒豬絞肉 _ Stir fry Minced Pork

7.加入少許鹽和黑胡椒 _ Add a little salt and black pepper

8.糖 1小匙 _ Sugar 1tsp

9.米酒 1大匙 _ Sake 1tablespoon

10.味醂 1大匙 _ Mirin 1tablespoon

11.醬油 1大匙 _ Soy sauce 1tablespoon
