馬鈴薯 Potatoes     2
太白粉 Potato starch  3大匙
鹽 Salt         適量
沙拉油 Salad oil     適量
水 Water        適量

做法 / Recipe

1.馬鈴薯去皮 _ Peel the potatoes
2.鈴薯的芽是有毒的,所以要去除掉 _ Potato sprouts are poisonous and must be removed
3.切馬鈴薯 _ Cut potatoes
4.馬鈴薯用水泡一下,去掉澱粉 _ Soak potatoes in water to remove starch
5.中火 _ Medium fire
6.炒馬鈴薯 _ Stir fry the potatoes
7.加入少許鹽 _ Add a little Salt
8.取出馬鈴薯 _ Take out the potatoes
9.太白粉 3大匙 _ Potato starch 3tablespoon
10.攪拌 _ Mix
11.塑造馬鈴薯形狀 _ shape potatoes
12.將沙拉油加熱至180度 _ Heat salad oil to 180 degrees
13.將馬鈴薯炸至金黃色 _ Fry the potatoes until golden brown
