菠菜 spinach 4
鹽 Salt 適量
柴魚片 Bonito flakes 適量
水 Water 300ml
烹大師 Bonito soup stock 1小匙
味醂 Mirin 1.5大匙 (影片顯示不正確)
醬油 Soy sauce 1.5大匙 (影片顯示不正確)
做法 / Recipe
1.烹大師 1小匙 _ Bonito soup stock 1tsp

2.味醂 1.5小匙 _ Mirin 1.5tsp

3.醬油 1.5小匙 _ Soy sauce 1.5tsp

4.水 300ml _ water 300ml

5.把湯燒開 _ bring the soup to a boil

6.煮沸後,關火 _ Once it boils, turn off the heat

7.加入少許鹽 _ Add a little Salt

8.將菠菜從莖部開始煮3分鐘 _ _Boil the spinach for 3 minutes starting from the stem.


9.取出菠菜,泡在水裡 _ Take out the spinach and soak it in water.

10.將菠菜中的水瀝乾 _ drain the water from the spinach

11.將菠菜放入湯中浸泡 _ Soak spinach in soup

12.蓋上保鮮膜,放入冰箱冷藏1小時 _ Cover with plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator for 1 hour

13.切菠菜 _ Cut spinach

14.加入柴魚片 _ add bonito flakes
