醬油 Soy sauce 1大匙 (1tablespoon)
蠔油 Oyster sauce 1大匙 (1tablespoon)
鹽 Salt 適量 (Proper quantity)
黑胡椒 Black pepper 適量 (Proper quantity)
做法 / Recipe
1.切萵苣 _ Cut lettuce

2.切蔥 _ Cut green onion

3.切鮭魚 _ Cut Salmon

4.去除鮭魚骨頭 _ remove salmon bones

5.加入少許鹽 _ Add a little salt

6.沙拉油 1小匙 _ Salad oil 1tsp

7.中火 _ medium fire

8.烤鮭魚 _ grill salmon


9.鬆開鮭魚 _ loosen the salmon

10.取出鮭魚 _ take out salmon

11.準備雞蛋 _ prepare the eggs

12.芝麻油 1大匙 _ Sesame oil 1tablespoon

13.大火 _ high heat

14.炒雞蛋和白米飯 _ stir fry egg and white rice



15.加鮭魚 _ add salmon
