鴻喜菇 Shimeji mushroom 1/4
蒜頭 Garlic 1
醬・Sauce
米酒 Sake 1大匙 (1tablespoon)
芝麻油 Sesame oil 1大匙 (1tablespoon)
鮮鶏晶 Chicken soup stock 1/2小匙 (1/2tsp)
蠔油 Oyster sauce 1小匙 (1tsp)
鹽 Salt 適量 (Proper quantity)
黑胡椒 Black pepper 適量 (Proper quantity)
做法 / Recipe
1.切高麗菜 _ Cut Cabbage

2.切洋蔥 _ Cut onion

3.切蔥 _ Cut green onion


4.切鴻喜菇 _ Cut Shimeji mushroom

5.切蒜頭 _ Cut garlic

6.切五花肉 _ Cut Pork belly

7.在麵條中加入水並鬆開 _ Add water to the noodles and loosen



8.芝麻油 1大匙 _ Sesame oil 1tablespoon

9.加入蒜頭 _ Add Garlic

10.中火 _ medium heat

11.炸好後撈出大蒜 _ Remove the garlic after frying

12.炒五花肉 _ Stir fry Pork belly

13.炒洋蔥 _ Stir fry onion

14.炒蔥和鴻喜菇 _ Stir fry green onions and shimeji mushrooms

15.炒高麗菜 _ Stir fry Cabbage

16.加入少許鹽和胡椒 _ Add a little salt and pepper

17.加入麵條 _ Add noodles

18.米酒 1大匙 _ Sake 1tablespoon

19.鮮鶏晶 0.5小匙 _ Chicken soup stock 0.5tsp

20.蠔油 1小匙 _ Oyster sauce 1tsp


21.加入蔥 _ Add Green onion
