做法 / Recipe
1.切紅蘿蔔 _ Cut Carrots

2.切洋蔥 _ Cut Onion

3.切馬鈴薯 _ Cut Potatoes

4.切花椰菜 _ Cut Broccoli

5.切奶油 _ Cut Butter

6.切蒜頭 _ Cut Garlic

7.切牛肉 _ Cut Beef

8.加入少許鹽和黑胡椒 _ add a little salt and black pepper

9.低筋麺粉 1.5大匙 _ Flour 1.5tablespoon


10.中火 _ Medium fire

11.橄欖油 2大匙 _ Olive oil 2tablespoon

12.煎牛肉 _ grill the beef


13.取出牛肉 _ Remove the beef

14.加入奶油 _ add butter

15.加入蒜頭 _ add Garlic

16.炒洋蔥 _ Stir fry Onion

17.加入少許鹽 _ Add a little Salt

18.炒紅蘿蔔 _ Stir fry Carrots

19.加入牛肉 _ add Beef

20.紅酒 500ml _ Wine 500ml

21.刮掉鍋底燒焦的碎片 _ Scrape off any burnt bits from the bottom of the pot

22.煮沸並除去鹼液 _ Bring to a boil and remove the scum

23.小火 _ Low fire

24.加入月桂樹 _ add laurel

25.蓋上蓋子,小火煮1小時 _ Cover and simmer on low heat for 1 hour

26.加入馬鈴薯,再煮30分鐘 _ Add the potatoes and simmer for a further 30 minutes.

27.加入花椰菜 _ add Broccoli

28.加入少許鹽 _ Add a little Salt

29.糖 2小匙 _ Sugar 2tsp

30.醬油 2小匙 _ Soy sauce 2tsp

31.蜂蜜 1小匙 _ Honey 1tsp

32.鹽、糖等的用量請依照自己的喜好調整 _ Please adjust the amount of salt, sugar, etc. according to your own preferences.
