糖 Sugar 1大匙
米酒 Sake 2大匙
味醂 Mirin 1大匙

做法 / Recipe
1.馬鈴薯去皮 _ peel the potatoes

2.把馬鈴薯芽去掉,因為它們有毒 _ Remove potato sprouts as they are poisonous.

3.切馬鈴薯 _ Cut the potatoes

4.把馬鈴薯泡在水里 _ soak potatoes in water

5.切洋蔥 _ Cut Onion

6.切紅蘿蔔 _ Cut Carrots

7.切蔥 _ Cut Green onion

8.切牛肉 _ Cut beef

9.烹大師 1小匙 _ Bonito soup stock 1tsp

10.糖 1大匙 _ Sugar 1tablespoon

11.米酒 2大匙 _ Sake 2tablespoon

12.味醂 1大匙 _ Mirin 1tablespoon

13.醬油 2大匙 _ Soy sauce 2tablespoon

14.攪拌 _ mix

15.芝麻油 1大匙 _ Sesame oil 1tablespoon

16.中火 _ Medium fire

17.炒牛肉 _ Stir fry Beef

18.炒洋蔥 _ Stir fry Onion

19.水 500ml _ water 500ml

20.加入醬 _ Add Sauce

21.加入紅蘿蔔 _ Add Carrots

22.加入馬鈴薯 _ Add Potatoes

23.用鋁箔紙蓋住鍋 _ Cover the pot with aluminum foil

24.小火慢燉 _ simmer on low heat

25.煮至醬汁消失,中途攪拌 _ Cook until sauce disappears, stirring halfway through.

26.加入蔥 _ Add Green onion
