鮮鶏晶 Chicken soup stock 1小匙

1.水沸騰後,關火 _ When the water boils, turn off the heat

2.將雞蛋放入沸水中,煮 12 分鐘 _ Place the eggs in the boiling water and leave for 12 minutes.


3.切蔥 _ Cut Green onion

4.切海苔 _ Cut Grilled Seaweed

5.切雞腿肉 _ Cut Chicken thigh

6.鮮鶏晶 1小匙 _ Chicken soup stock 1tsp

7.糖 1大匙 _ Sugar 1tablespoon

8.米酒 2大匙 _ Sake 2tablespoon

9.味醂 2大匙 _ Mirin 2tablespoon

10.醬油 2大匙 _ Soy sauce 2tablespoon

11.攪拌 _ Mix

12.沙拉油 1小匙 _ Salad oil 1tsp

13.中火 _ Medium fire

14.煎蔥 _ Fry the green onions

15.取出蔥 _ Take out green onions

16.煎雞腿肉 _ Grilling chicken

17.加入少許鹽 _ Add a little Salt

18.把雞肉翻過來 _ Flip the chicken

19.加醬汁 _ Add the sauce
