做法 / Recipe
1.切蔥 _ Cut Green onion

2.切檸檬 _ Cut Lemon

3.把大蒜磨碎 _ Grate the garlic

4.鮮鶏晶 少許 _ Chicken soup stock A little

5.米酒 1大匙 _ Sake 1tablespoon

6.攪拌 _ mix

7.雞軟骨 250g _ Chicken cartilage 250g

8.加入少許鹽和黑胡椒 _ Add a little salt and black pepper

9.攪拌 _ mix

10.芝麻油 0.5大匙 _ Sesame oil 0.5tablespoon

11.中火 _ Medium fire

12.烤雞軟骨5分鐘 _ Grill chicken cartilage for 5 minutes
