1.切洋蔥 _ Cut Onion

2.切洋菇 _ Cut Mushroom

3.切蒜頭 _ Cut Garlic

4.切牛肉 _ Cut Beef

5.加入少許鹽 _ Add a little Salt

6.橄欖油 2小匙 _ Olive oil 2tsp

7.中火 _ Medium fire

8.炒牛肉 _ Stir fry Beef


9.取出牛肉 _ take out Beef

10.炒洋蔥 _ Stir fry Onion

18.紅酒 300ml _ red wine 300ml

19.蒸發紅酒中的水分 _ Evaporate the water from red wine
