低筋麺粉 Flour      適量
蛋 Egg         1
麵包粉 Bread crumbs  適量
鹽 Salt         適量
黑胡椒 Black pepper   適量

洋蔥 Onion        1
紅蘿蔔 Carrot      1
蒜頭 Garlic        10g
薑 Ginger        10g

醬・Sauce

沙拉油 Salad oil   1大匙
水 water       700ml
咖哩醬 curry roux  1/2
鹽 Salt        適量

做法 / Recipe

1.把洋蔥磨碎 / Grate the Onion
2.把紅蘿蔔磨碎 / Grate the Carrots
3.把大蒜磨碎 / Grate the garlic
4.把生薑磨碎 / Grate the ginger
5.沙拉油 1大匙 / Salad oil 1tablespoon
6.中火 / Medium fire
7.炒大蒜和薑 / Stir fry garlic and ginger
8.炒洋蔥和紅蘿蔔 / Stir fry Onion and Carrots
9.加入少許鹽 / Add a little Salt
10.翻炒至水分蒸發 / Stir fry until water evaporates
11.水 700ml / Water 700ml
12.蓋上鍋蓋,小火煮30分鐘 / Cover and simmer on low heat for 30 minutes
13.加入咖哩醬 / add curry roux
14.加水並煮沸,同時調整咖哩的稠度 / Add water and simmer while adjusting the consistency of the curry.
15.將豬筋切開,在豬肉上劃一條縫 / Cut the pork sinew and make a slit in the pork.
16.準備雞蛋 / prepare the egg

21.將沙拉油加熱至170度 / Heat salad oil to 170 degrees
22.將豬肉炒至金黃色 / Fry the pork until golden brown
