白酒 White Wine    300ml
水 Water       1000ml + 適量
咖哩醬        1
鹽          適量
黑胡椒        適量

做法 / Recipe

1.切紅蘿蔔 _ Cut Carrots
2.切洋蔥 _ Cut Onion
3.切花椰菜 _ Cut Broccoli
4.加入少許鹽 _ Add a little Salt
5.將花椰菜煮2分鐘 _ Boil the broccoli for 2 minutes
6.切洋菇 _ Cut Mushroom
7.切魷魚 _ Cut Squid
8.中火 _ Medium fire
9.烤蝦子 _ Grill shrimp
10.加入少許鹽 _ Add a little Salt
11.取出蝦子 _ Take out the shrimps
12.橄欖油 1大匙 _ Olive oil 1tablespoon
13.炒魷魚和干貝 _ Stir-fry squid and scallops
14.加入少許鹽 _ Add a little Salt
15.取出魷魚和干貝 _ Take out squid and scallops
16.加入蛤蜊 _ Add clams
17.白酒 300ml _ White wine 300ml
18.蓋上鍋蓋,蒸至蛤蜊張開 _ Cover and steam until the clams open.
19.切奶油 _ Cut Butter

27.番茄醬 2大匙 _ Tomato ketchup 2tablespoon
28.蓋上鍋蓋,小火煮15分鐘 _ Cover and simmer on low heat for 15 minutes
29.加入洋菇 _ Add Mushroom
30.加入魷魚和干貝 _ Add Squid and Scallops
31.加入蝦子 _ Add Shrimp
32.加入蛤蜊 _ Add clams
33.蓋上鍋蓋,小火煮10分鐘 _ Cover and simmer on low heat for 10 minutes
34.關掉火,加入咖哩醬,讓它溶解 _ Turn off the heat, add the curry roux and let it dissolve.
35.中火煮10分鐘 _ Simmer on medium heat for 10 minutes
36.根據需要加水調節濃度 _ Add water as needed to adjust concentration.
