麵條 Noodle 適量
洋蔥 onion 1/2
海苔 Grilled Seaweed 適量
叉燒・Char siu
五花肉 Pork belly 500g
蔥 Green onion 適量
蒜頭 Garlic 5
薑 Ginger 5g
醬油 Soy sauce 500ml
味醂 Mirin 50ml
米酒 Sake 50ml
湯・Soup
叉燒醬 Char siu sauce 3大匙
味精 MSG 2g
開水 Boiling water 350ml
做法 / Recipe
1.切蔥 _ Cut Green onion

2.切薑 _ Cut Ginger

3.將大蒜剝皮 _ Peel the garlic

4.加入五花肉 _ add Pork belly

5.醬油 500ml _ Soy sauce 500ml

6.米酒 50ml _ Sake 50ml

7.味醂 50ml _ Mirin 50ml

8.加入薑、大蒜和蔥 _ Add ginger, garlic and green onion

9.把醬汁煮沸 _ Bring the sauce to a boil.

10.小火 _ Low fire

11.蓋上鋁箔,小火煮1小時 _ Cover with aluminum foil and simmer on low heat for 1 hour.

12.切洋蔥 _ Cut Onion

13.將洋蔥浸泡在水中約5分鐘以去除辣味 _ Soak the onions in water for about 5 minutes to remove the spiciness.

14.中途將肉翻面,使醬汁均勻滲透 _ Turn the meat over halfway through cooking so that the sauce penetrates evenly.

15.關掉暖氣並讓其冷卻 _ Turn off the heat and let cool.

16.切海苔 _ Cut Grilled Seaweed

17.切叉燒 _ Cut Char siu

18.味精 2g _ MSG 2g

19.叉燒醬 3大匙 _ Char siu sauce 3tablespoon

20.煮拉麵 _ Boil the ramen

21.開水 350ml _ Boiling water 350ml

22.加入麵條 _ Add noodles

23.加入叉燒 _ Add Char siu

24.加入洋蔥 _ Add Onion
