麵包粉 Bread crumbs 3大匙

蒜頭 Garlic 2
水 Water 400ml
鮮鶏晶 Chicken soup stock 2小匙

做法 / Recipe
1.把高麗菜的中心切掉 _ Cut out the center of the cabbage

2.切高麗菜 _ Cut cabbage

3.壓碎大蒜 _ crush the garlic

4.切洋蔥 _ Cut Onion

5.牛絞肉 350g _ Ground beef 350g

6.加入洋蔥 _ Add Onion

7.加入蛋 _ Add Egg

8.麵包粉 3大匙 _ Bread Crumbs 3tablespoon

9.加入少許鹽和黑胡椒 _ Add a little salt and black pepper

10.揉至變得黏稠 _ Knead until it becomes sticky

11.把牛絞肉塞進高麗菜裡 _ stuff cabbage with ground beef

12.加入高麗菜 _ Add Cabbage

13.鮮鶏晶 2小匙 _ Chicken soup stock 2tsp

14.加入少許鹽和黑胡椒 _ Add a little salt and black pepper

15.加入蒜頭 _ Add Garlic

16.水 400ml _ Water 400ml

17.湯沸騰後,蓋上鍋蓋,小火煮30分鐘 _ Once the soup boils, cover and simmer on low heat for 30 minutes.
