做法 / Recipe
1.切紅蘿蔔 / Cut Carrot

2.切花椰菜 / Cut Broccoli

3.切鴻喜菇 / Cut Shimeji mushroom

4.切奶油 / Cut Butter

5.切洋蔥 / Cut Onion


6.加入少許鹽 / Add a little salt

7.紅蘿蔔煮5分鐘 / Boil carrots for 5 minutes

8.花椰菜煮2分鐘 / Boil the broccoli for 2 minutes

9.牛絞肉 300g / Ground beef 300g

10.加入洋蔥 / Add Onions

11.加入蛋. / Add Eggjpg

12.麵包粉 3大匙 / Bread Crumbs 3tablespoon

13.加入少許鹽和黑胡椒 / Add a little salt and black pepper


14.將牛絞肉揉至黏稠 / Knead the ground beef until it becomes sticky.


15.手上塗上沙拉油,一邊排除空氣一邊將肉整形 / Apply salad oil to your hands and shape the meat while removing air.

16.沙拉油 2小匙 / Salad oil 2tsp

17.中火 / medium fire

18.烤至一側變成棕色 / grill until one side is browned.

19.翻轉漢堡 / flip the hamburger

20.蓋上鍋蓋,小火煮5分鐘 / Cover and cook on low heat for 5 minutes

21.拿出漢堡 / take out the hamburger

22.加入奶油 / Add butter

23.炒洋蔥 / stir fry onions

24.加入少許鹽 / Add a little salt


25.炒鴻喜菇 / stir fry Shimeji mushroom

28.水 200ml / Water 200ml

29.糖 1小匙 / Sugar 1tsp

30.鮮鶏晶 0.5小匙 / Chicken soup stock 0.5tsp

31.攪拌 / Mix

32.加入漢堡 / Add hamburger

33.加入紅蘿蔔 / Add Carrots

34.蓋上鍋蓋,小火煮10分鐘 / Cover and simmer on low heat for 10 minutes

35.加入花椰菜 / Add Broccoli
