蘿蔔 Radish 1/2
蒜頭 Garlic 2
鹽 Salt 適量
黑胡椒 Black pepper 適量
水 Water 300ml
鮮鶏晶 Chicken soup stock 2小匙
奶油 Butter 15g
橄欖油 Olive oil 1大匙
做法 / Recipe
1.切蘿蔔 _ Cut Radish

2.把蘿蔔削成斜角 _ Bevel the radish

3.在蘿蔔上劃一條縫 _ Make a slit in the radish

4.切蒜頭 _ Cut Garlic

5.切奶油 _ Cut Butter

6.鮮鶏晶 2小匙 _ Chicken soup stock 2tsp

7.水 300ml _ water 300ml

8.攪拌 _ Mix

9.加入蘿蔔 _ add Radish

10.蓋上廚房紙 _ Cover with kitchen paper

11.微波爐加熱7分30秒 _ Heat in the microwave for 7 minutes 30 seconds

12.擦乾水分,加一點鹽 _ Wipe off the water and add a little salt

13.橄欖油 1大匙 _ Olive oil 1tablespoon

14.加入蒜頭 _ Add Garlic

15.中火 _ Medium fire

16.炸蒜頭 _ Fly Garlic

17.取出蒜頭 _ take out Garlic

18.烤蘿蔔 _ grill Radish


19.加入奶油 _ Add Butter

20.加入湯 _ Add Soup

21.蓋上蓋子煮5分鐘 _ Cover and simmer for 5 minutes


22.加入黑胡椒 _ Add Black pepper
