太白粉 potato starch 1大匙
水 Water 1大匙
花椰菜 broccoli 1/3
洋菇 Mushroom 8
小番茄 cherry tomatoes 8
蒜頭 garlic 2
辣椒 chili pepper 1
調味料
橄欖油 Olive oil 150ml
鮮鶏晶 Chicken soup stock 1大匙
鹽 salt 適量
黑胡椒 black pepper 適量
做法 / Recipe
1.切花椰菜 / Cut broccoli

2.切洋菇 / Cut Mushroom

3.切蒜頭 / Cut garlic

4.把小番茄的莖去掉 / Remove the stems from the cherry tomatoes

5.去掉辣椒籽 / remove chili pepper seeds

6.去除蝦子身上的污垢 / Remove dirt from shrimps

7.太白粉 1大匙 / potato starch 1tablespoon

8.水 1大匙 / Water 1tablespoon

9.攪拌 / Mix

10.用水沖洗並擦乾 / Rinse with water and wipe dry

11.加入少許鹽和黑胡椒 / Add a little salt and black pepper


12.鮮鶏晶 1小匙 / Chicken soup stock 1tsp

13.攪拌 / Mix

14.橄欖油 150ml / Olive oil 150ml

15.小火 / low fire

16.加入大蒜 / Add garlic

17.加入辣椒並在燒焦之前將其取出 / Add chili pepper and remove before it burns.


18.加入洋菇 / Add Mushroom

19.加入小蝦 / Add small shrimp


20.加入花椰菜 / Add broccoli
