咖哩醬 Curry roux 2塊
烹大師 Bonito soup stock 1大匙
糖 Sugar 1小匙
味醂 Mirin 2大匙
醬油 Soy sauce 2大匙

1.切洋蔥 Cut onion

2.切蔥 Cut green onion

3.切鴻喜菇 Cut Shimeji mushroom

4.切奶油 Cut butter

5.切姜 Cut ginger

6.切蒜頭 Cut garlic

7.切豬肉 Cut Pork

8.加入少許鹽 Add a little salt


9.沙拉油 1大匙 Salad oil 1tablespoon

10.中火 medium fire

11.炒大蒜和姜 stir fry garlic and ginger


12.加入奶油 add butter

13.炒洋蔥 stir fry onion

14.加入少許鹽 Add a little salt


15.炒豬肉 stir fry Pork


16.加入水 add water

17.加入鴻喜菇 Add Shimeji mushroom

18.煮沸並除去鹼液 bring to a boil and remove the lye

19.烹大師 1大匙 Bonito soup stock 1tablespoon

20.糖 1小匙 Sugar 1tsp

21.味醂 2大匙 Sweet Sake 2tablespoon

22.醬油 2大匙 Soy sauce 2tablespoon


23.蓋上鍋蓋,小火煮15分鐘 Cover and simmer on low heat for 15 minutes

24.加入咖哩塊 add curry cubes


25.加入蔥 add green onion


26.完成 complete
