太白粉 Potato starch 2大匙

白飯 rise 360g

糖 Sugar 1小匙
味醂 Mirin 0.5大匙
醬油 Soy sauce 1大匙
鰹魚露 Mentsuyu 1大匙
做法 / Recipe
1.把生薑磨碎 _ Grate the ginger

2.把大蒜磨碎 _ Grate the garlic

3.切雞腿肉 _ Cut Chicken thigh

4.加入薑和大蒜 _ add ginger and garlic

5.加入少許鹽和黑胡椒 _ Add a little salt and black pepper

6.米酒 1小匙 _ Sake 1tsp

7.攪拌 _ Mix

8.將沙拉油加熱至170度 _ Heat salad oil to 170 degrees


9.蛋 1 _ Egg 1

10.低筋麺粉 2大匙 _ Flour 2tablespoon

11.太白粉 2大匙 _ Potato starch 2tablespoon

12.水 4大匙 _ water 4tablespoon

13.攪拌 _ mix

14.將雞肉浸入麵糊中,炸約3分鐘 _ Dip the chicken in the batter and fry for about 3 minutes.


15.糖 1小匙 _ Sugar 1tsp

16.味醂 0.5大匙 _ Mirin 0.5tablespoon

17.醬油 1大匙 _ Soy sauce 1tablespoon

18.鰹魚露 1大匙 _ Mentsuyu 1tablespoon

19.中火 _ Medium fire

20.把醬汁煮沸 _ bring the sauce to a boil

21.將雞肉放入醬汁中 _ Toss the chicken in the sauce


22.切海苔 _ Cut Grilled Seaweed

23.做飯團 _ make rice balls
