做法 / Recipe
1.可以生吃的冷凍雞蛋 / Freeze eggs that can be eaten raw

2.剝蛋殼 / peel the egg shell

3.解凍雞蛋並取出蛋黃 / Thaw the eggs and remove the yolks.

4.醬油 2大匙 / Soy sauce 2tablespoon

5.鰹魚露 1大匙 / Mentsuyu 1tablespoon

6.用保鮮膜密封 / Seal with plastic wrap

7.放入冰箱過夜 / put in the refrigerator overnight


8.切鮭魚 / cut salmon

9.去除骨頭 / remove bones

10.加入少許鹽 / Add a little salt

11.沙拉油 1小匙 / Salad oil 1tsp

12.中火 / medium heat

13.烤鮭魚 / grill salmon
